I bought an item during the last sale, now I would like to exchange it. How do I proceed?Updated a year ago

Did you purchase an item on sale and are looking to exchange it for another size or colour? The easiest way is to return your unwanted (and unworn) garment to us and place a new order for the desired item(s). This way we can ship the new product to you as quickly as possible. Once we have received your return, we will process a refund or issue a gift voucher for you.

To initiate a return, please do so via the returns form on the Help Centre. 

Once your return request has been submitted, our team will get back to you with the next steps for the returns and provide details on how to place a new order at the same discount.
