What is the returns policy?Updated 3 months ago

We require all returned items to be in an unworn and un-damaged state, sent back to us in new condition with the original tags and packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date you placed your order and we must receive the return within 28 days from the date of placing the order. 

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to receive returned underwear, bras, or bike short liners. If you purchased multiple of the wrong size and the underwear is unopened, in the original packaging with the tags attached we may be able to accept, however we reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet our requirements.
