My order shows as being delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?Updated a year ago

If your tracking is showing as delivered but you have not received your order please check your communal mail room, community mailbox, and around your residence including any side or back doors, behind patio ornaments/furniture, and/or with your neighbours. Drivers will generally try to leave it out of sight of the street and more often than not the parcel has been delivered, it's just in a good hiding spot.

However, if you still cannot locate it after a thorough search, please contact us as soon as possible, and include your order number and correct shipping address. We will follow up and get back to you as soon as we can!
