Why does my sign-up discount code not work?Updated 23 days ago

If your 10% sign-up discount code is not applying correctly, please check for the following criteria. If these are all met, your code should work correctly. If not, please send us a message. 

Please ensure you are entering your unique code into the 'Gift card or discount code' section at checkout.

The voucher is only valid for 7 days from the time of issue - check when you were sent the initial email. 

Valid for first-time customers only. If you have already placed an order with us or have an existing account, unfortunately, this voucher won't work for you.

The minimum purchase amount for the code to be valid is $49 / 30€ / 30 CHF.

Sign-up codes can't be combined with other vouchers or discount codes.
